reset ipv6-pool max-usage

Function

The reset ipv6-pool max-usage command clears the historical maximum usage of addresses in an IPv6 address pool.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

reset ipv6-pool max-usage [ pool [ pool-name ] | domain [ domain-name ] ]

Parameters

pool pool-name

Specifies an address pool.

The value is a string of 1 to 32 characters.

domain domain-name

Specifies a domain name.

The value is a string of 1 to 64 characters.

Usage Scenario

Before collecting statistics on the historical maximum usage of addresses in an IPv6 address pool, run the reset ipv6-pool max-usage command to clear the existing statistics. Then the statistics displayed in the display ipv6-pool max-usage command output will be accurate.

Statistics on the historical maximum usage of addresses in an IPv6 address pool cannot be restored after they are cleared. Exercise caution when running the reset ipv6-pool max-usage command.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
