The reset traffic policy statistics interface command clears the traffic policy statistics on a specified interface.

For a Layer 3 interface, you can clear the statistics about the traffic policy on its sub-interface.
This command clears all the traffic policy statistics on an interface including the historical data. If the traffic policy is a shared policy, this command clears the statistics on all the interfaces where the specified traffic policy is applied in the specified direction. If a traffic policy of cascaded MF classification have been applied on an interface, the command reset traffic policy <policy-name> statistics can clear the specified traffic policy statistics on an interface.
