Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

GQs fall into two types: board GQs and global GQs.

  • If the created GQ is a board GQ, you must specify the slot number of the board before you clear the statistics about the GQ. To clear the statistics about a specified GQ, run the reset user-group-queue [ name ] statistics slot { inbound | **outbound ** } command.
  • If the created GQ is a global GQ, you can either specify the slot number of the board or not before you clear the statistics about the GQ. To clear the statistics about a specified GQ, run the reset user-group-queue [ **name ** ] statistics slot all { **inbound ** | **outbound ** } command.

Precautions

When mode template is configured for a GQ, the GQ is instantiated based on the group in the QoS profile. Therefore, you must specify a group name to clear the GQ statistics.
