service-template (user queue template)

Function

The service-template command associates a precision compensation template with a user queue profile.

The undo service-template command deletes the association of a precision compensation template with a user queue profile.

By default, no precision compensation template is associated with user queues.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

The length of user packets processed by the scheduling module changes, which may affect the accuracy of traffic shaping. To resolve this issue, a device supports precision compensation for packet length. A precision compensation value needs to be configured in a precision compensation template created in the system view.

To associate a precision compensation template with a user queue profile, run this command.

Prerequisites

A precision compensation template has been created using the service-template command in the system view, and a precision compensation value has been configured.
