mac-address-usage threshold

Function

The mac-address-usage threshold command sets the usage threshold of a MAC address table.

The undo mac-address-usage threshold command deletes the set usage threshold of a MAC address table.

By default, the usage threshold of a MAC address table is 90%.

Format

mac-address-usage threshold threshold [ slot slot-number ]

undo mac-address-usage threshold [ slot slot-number ]

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To ensure stable running of the device that has a large number of MAC addresses configured, run the mac-address-usage threshold command to set the usage threshold of a MAC address table.

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

Example
