mpls te tunnel-id (Tunnel interface view)

Function

The mpls te tunnel-id command specifies the ID for a tunnel.

The undo tunnel-id command deletes the tunnel ID configured for a TE tunnel.

By default, no tunnel ID is configured for a TE tunnel.

Format

mpls te tunnel-id tunnel-id

undo mpls te tunnel-id

Parameters

Tunnel ID.

The value is an integer that ranges from 1 to 32768.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

A tunnel ID must be set for a tunnel; otherwise, the tunnel fails to be established. A tunnel ID is unique on a local device. Tunnels on the same device must have different tunnel IDs.
