Function

The sflow agent command configures a source IP address for sFlow packets sent by an sFlow agent.

The undo sflow agent command deletes a source IP address configured for sFlow packets sent by an sFlow agent.

By default, the source IP address for sFlow packets sent by an sFlow agent is not configured.

Format

sflow agent { ip ip-address | ipv6 ipv6-address }

undo sflow agent { ip ip-address | ipv6 ipv6-address }

Parameters

ip ip-address	Specifies a source IPv4 address.	The value is in dotted decimal notation. The format is X.X.X.X.
ipv6 ipv6-address	Specifies a source IPv6 address.	The value is in hexadecimal notation. The format is X:X::X:X.

Usage Scenario

sFlow packets sent by an sFlow agent must carry a source IP address. By default, no source IP address is specified on a device. To configure a source IP address, run the sflow agent command.
