The seamless-bfd enable command enables seamless bidirectional forwarding detection (SBFD) for an SR-MPLS TE Policy.
The undo seamless-bfd enable command deletes the preceding configuration.
The seamless-bfd disable command disables SBFD for an SR-MPLS TE Policy.
The undo seamless-bfd disable command deletes the preceding configuration.
The undo seamless-bfd command deletes the SBFD configuration and allows a device to inherit the sr-te-policy seamless-bfd enable command configuration.
By default, the sr-te-policy seamless-bfd enable command configuration is directly inherited.
Usage Scenario
The sr-te-policy seamless-bfd enable command enables SBFD for all SR-MPLS TE Policies in the Segment Routing view. However, the seamless-bfd command enables SBFD for a single SR-MPLS TE Policy.
If the sr-te-policy seamless-bfd enable and seamless-bfd commands are both run for an SR-MPLS TE Policy, the seamless-bfd command takes precedence.
