Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

Statically configured SRv6 TE flow groups do not support route recursion but support only IS-IS shortcut. SRv6 TE flow groups are matched against the shortest path to the endpoint in the IS-IS topology, and then the corresponding SRv6 TE flow group is found based on the DSCP values carried in packets for forwarding. Only one endpoint can be configured for each SRv6 TE flow group.

Example

# Configure an endpoint for an SRv6 TE Flow Group.
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] segment-routing ipv6
[*HUAWEI-segment-routing-ipv6] srv6-te flow-group flowgroup1
[*HUAWEI-segment-routing-ipv6-flow-group-flowgroup1] endpoint 1::1
