srv6-te-policy bfd enable

Function

The srv6-te-policy bfd enable command enables BFD for all SRv6 TE Policies.

The undo srv6-te-policy bfd enable command disables BFD for all SRv6 TE Policies.

By default, BFD is disabled for all SRv6 TE Policies.

Format

srv6-te-policy bfd { seamless | unaffiliated } enable

undo srv6-te-policy bfd { seamless | unaffiliated } enable

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

SRv6 TE Policies are used to direct traffic to traverse an SRv6 network. To improve SRv6 TE Policy reliability, you can run the srv6-te-policy bfd enable command to enable BFD for all SRv6 TE Policies. After BFD is enabled for an SRv6 TE Policy, BFD is performed on all segment lists in the primary and backup candidate paths.
