twoway-jitter threshold

Function

The twoway-jitter threshold command configures a two-way jitter alarm threshold.

The undo twoway-jitter threshold command cancels the two-way jitter alarm threshold.

By default, the two-way jitter alarm threshold is 10 milliseconds, and the alarm clearance threshold is 8 milliseconds.

Format

twoway-jitter threshold test-session session-id upper-limit upper-limit lower-limit lower-limit

undo twoway-jitter threshold test-session session-id [ upper-limit upper-limit lower-limit lower-limit ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
upper-limit upper-limit

Specifies a two-way jitter alarm threshold.

The value is an integer ranging from 2 to 1000, in milliseconds. The default value is 10.

lower-limit lower-limit

Specifies a two-way jitter clear alarm threshold.

The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 999, in milliseconds. The default value is 8.

test-session session-id

Specifies the ID of a test session.

The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 2048.

Usage Scenario

To configure a two-way jitter alarm threshold, run the twoway-jitter threshold command. The command output helps network administrators to adjust link bandwidth in time for service quality guarantee.

Prerequisites

A TWAMP Light test session has been created on the Control-Client.
