The undo test start-regular command stops periodic proactive measurement for a TWAMP Light session.
By default, no measurement is started for a TWAMP Light session.

Usage Scenario
To reduce high bandwidth consumption caused by proactive measurement, run the test start-regular command to start periodic proactive measurement and calculate the two-way packet loss rate, delay, and jitter based on the sequence number and timestamp information in the packets.

A TWAMP Light session has been created using the test-session command.
