Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To configure a traffic policy for a traffic classifier, you can run this command to define a traffic policy and apply the policy to interfaces.

Prerequisites

The traffic classifier and traffic behavior are configured.

Follow-up Procedure

The traffic classifier is bound to the traffic behavior in the traffic policy and the traffic policy is applied to interfaces.

Precautions

If a traffic policy is applied to an interface, you are not allowed to delete the traffic policy directly. You need to cancel the application of the policy on the interface before using the undo traffic policy command to delete the policy.

Example

# Define a traffic policy named p1.
<HUAWEI> system-view
[~HUAWEI] traffic policy p1
[*HUAWEI-trafficpolicy-p1]
