The task-group command adds a task group to the list of task groups that are associated with a user group.
The undo task-group command deletes a task group from a task group list.
By default, the task group is not in the task group list associated with the user group.

Precautions
One user group can be used by multiple local users. However, a local user belongs to only one user group.
After a task group is added to a task group list that is associated with the user group, this task group cannot be deleted.
