Function

The license verify command verifies the license files of the IPU.

Format

license verify file-name

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
file-name

Specifies the name of the license file to be verified.

The value is a string of 5 to 127 characters without spaces. The extension of a file is .dat, .zip, or .xml.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To verify the license files of master main control boards, run the license verify command. The verification result may be one of the following:

  • Verify license failed

The check failure may be caused by the invalid License file, unmatched ESN, unmatched product model, or unmatched version information.

  • Verify license succeeded

If the result is "Verify license succeeded", you can start the activation.

Prerequisites

The license file has been loaded to the IPU of the current device.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.

Example

# Verify the license file named license.xml on the main control boards.
