vsi (VPLS PW Trace test instance)

Function

The vsi command configures the name of a VSI for the NQA VPLS PW trace test instance.

The undo vsi command deletes the name of the VSI of the NQA VPLS PW trace test instance.

By default, the name of a VSI is not specified.

Format

vsi vsiName

undo vsi

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
vsiName

Specifies the name of a VSI.

The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported. When double quotation marks are used around the string, spaces are allowed in the string.

Usage Scenario

To configure the name of a VSI for the NQA test instance, run the vsi command.

Precautions

A test instance can be successfully executed only when the specified VSI exists and in the Up state before you start the test instance. If the specified VSI does not exist or is not in the Up state, the test instance fails to be executed.
