description (VSI view)

Function

The description command configures the description of a VSI.

The undo description command deletes the description of a VSI.

By default, no description is configured for a VSI.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

To configure the description of a VSI, such as the AC interface information or other information, run the description command. The description of a VSI enables the VSI to be easily identified.

Configuration Impact

If you run this command more than once, the latest configuration overrides the previous one.
