Function

The debugging vlan command enables VLAN debugging.

The undo debugging vlan command disables VLAN debugging.

By default, VLAN debugging is disabled.

Format

debugging vlan event

debugging vlan message

debugging vlan error

undo debugging vlan event

undo debugging vlan message

undo debugging vlan error

undo debugging vlan all

Usage Scenario

To enable debugging for the VLAN module, run the debugging vlan command. The command output helps you troubleshoot faults and maintain devices.

Date and time when the system generated the debugging information.

DST indicates that the system starts the daylight saving time. If the daylight saving time does not start, DST is not displayed.

Message header in the format of module-name/message-level/summary-message, which specifies the name of the module that generates the message, the message level, and key information. This header indicates that the VLAN module receives an error message with level 7.
