Function

The debugging gne command enables the debugging functions of a GNE.

The undo debugging gne command disables the debugging functions of a GNE.

By default, the debugging functions are disabled.

Format

debugging gne { all | packet | event | error | process }

undo debugging gne { all | packet | event | error | process }

Parameters

Specifies whether to enable or disable all the debugging functions of a GNE.

Specifies whether to enable or disable the packet debugging function of a GNE.

Specifies whether to enable or disable the event debugging function of a GNE.

Specifies whether to enable or disable the error debugging function of a GNE.

process

Specifies whether to enable or disable the process debugging function of a GNE.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

If the communication between the NE and NMS fails, for example, the DCN function fails to be automatically enabled on the device or a specified interface, a configuration error occurs, the DCN function is disabled using the PAF, or the device does not have any NEID, run the debugging gne command to enable the debugging functions of the GNE for problem locating.

This command is supported only on the admin VS.
