Description

Users applied for resources when resources were exhausted.

ApplyTimes	Indicates the number of application attempts.

Possible Causes

Users continued to apply for resources when resources were exhausted.

Procedure

The system operates normally, the resources are enough. If resources are exhausted, the system will operate with a heavy load. Reducing services in the system is recommended so as to reduce resource consumption.
