Message

PKI/4/AUTO_GET_CRL_ERR: Failed to get CRL ([CRLName]) in domain ([DomainName]) using [Service] automatically.

Description

Automatically obtaining the CRL file failed.

Parameters

  • LDAP
  • HTTP

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The device disconnects from the server or a fault occurs.

Cause 2: PKI configuration is incorrect.

For example, the protocol type is incorrect.

Procedure

1. Run the PING command to check whether the local end is correctly connected to the server.

  • If the local end is correctly connected to the server, run the display current-configuration configuration pki-domain command to check whether PKI configuration is correct. If HTTP is configured, check whether the file on the server is correct. If LDAP is configured, check whether the attribute names are correct and whether the values mapping to the attribute value exist. If any incorrect configuration is detected, perform the following configuration and then go to step 2.
  • If the local end is improperly connected to the server, check whether the interface status of the local end is Down. If the interface status is Down, troubleshoot the network and then go to step 2.

2. Check whether the log PKI/5/AUTO_GET_CRL_OK is generated.

  • If the log is generated, go to step 4.
  • If the log is not generated, go to step 3.

3. Contact Huawei technical support personnel.
