A component detected that the status of an associated component changed.

Cause 1: The associated component started.

Cause 2: A master/slave status switchover occurs on the associated component.

Cause 3: The associated component stopped operating due to a fault.

Cause 4: The associated component was stopped manually (for example, a component was shut down forcibly).

1. Check whether the new component state is the expected one.

If the new component state is the expected one, no action is required.
Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
