hwCfgOperateResultIndex	Index of hwCfgOperateResultEntry, indicating the MIB table to which hwCfgOperateTime, hwCfgOperateState, and hwCfgOperateEndTime belong
hwCfgOperateTime	Time when the operation is performed
hwCfgOperateState	Operation status
hwCfgOperateEndTime	Time when the operation is complete

Possible Causes

The user copied configuration files of the device using hwCfgOperateEntry in huawei-config-man-mib and a trap message was sent to the NMS indicating that the copy operation was complete.
