In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The user failed to transfer files through FTP.

Parameters

UserName	Indicates the user name.
UserAddress	Indicates the IP address of a user.
LocalAddress	Indicates the IP address of a server.
VpnInstanceName	Indicates the name of a VPN instance.
Reason	Indicates the reason for the failure of file transfer.

Possible Causes

The user failed to transfer files through FTP.

Procedure

Check whether the transmission connection is normal or whether both ends can ping through each other. If the connection is normal but the transmission fails, contact technical support personnel.
