Message

PKI/4/GET_CERT_ERR: Failed to get certificate ([FileName]) using [Service] manually.

Manually obtaining a certificate file failed.

The device disconnected from the server or a fault occurred.

1. Run the PING command to check whether the local end is correctly connected to the server.

If the local end is properly connected to the server, check the following configurations:
a. If HTTP is configured, check whether the file on the server is correct;
b. If LDAP is configured, check whether the attribute names are correct and whether the values mapping to the attribute names exist.
c. If any incorrect configuration is detected, perform the following configuration and then go to Step 2.
If the local end is improperly connected to the server, check whether the interface status of the local end is Down. If the interface status is Down, troubleshoot the network and then go to Step 2.

2. Check whether the log PKI/5/GET_CERT_OK is generated.

3. Contact Huawei technical support personnel.
