Cause 1: The system was attacked by a certain type of protocol packets sent from the user side.
Cause 2: The Host-CAR bandwidth at which packets on the user side of a board were sent to the CPU was set small, causing packets to be discarded.
Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
