Description

The IS-IS neighbor entered the Hold-max-cost state.

Reason	Reason why the IS-IS neighbor entered the Hold-max-cost state

Possible Causes

The isis [ process-id ] peer hold-max-cost timer command was run on the IS-IS interface, and the neighbor encountered a fault and then recovered.
