ISIS/6/ISIS_SEND_SELF_PURGED_LSP

Message

ISIS/6/ISIS_SEND_SELF_PURGED_LSP: ISIS [ProcessId] send a purged LSP. (Level=[Level], PduLspId=[PduLspId],LocalSystemId=[LocalSystemId], SeqNumber=[SeqNumber], CheckSum=[CheckSum])

Description

The IS-IS system sent a self-purged LSP to another system.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

ProcessId

Indicates the IS-IS process ID.

Level

Indicates the IS-IS level.

PduLspId

Indicates the ID of the self-purged LSP.

LocalSystemId

Indicates the local system ID.

SeqNumber

Indicates the purged LSP's sequence number.

CheckSum

Indicates the checksum of self purged LSP.

Possible Causes

The IS-IS system sent a local purged LSP to another system.

Procedure

1. Check whether the LocalSystemId field is filled in the log information.

2. Check the PduLspId field in the log. If the log is generated on the peer device, locate the peer device and check the IS-IS LSDB on the peer device. If the log is generated on the local device, check the IS-IS LSDB on the local device.

3. Check whether the LSP is cleared on the local device and whether the sequence number and checksum are normal.

4. View the log generation frequency to check whether interface flapping occurs.

5. If no exception is found, collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support engineers.

6. End.
