Message

ISIS/6/IS_LOCAL_SYS_IS_DIS: ISIS [ProcessId] local circuit becomes temporary DIS when receiving hello packet with RR bit set. (InterfaceName=[InterfaceName]).

Description

A Hello message with the set RR bit was received and the local device was elected as a temporary DIS.

Possible Causes

A broadcast interface received a Hello message in which the Restart TLV field contained the RR bit, and a temporary DIS election was performed.
