DCNM/5/LOGIN_FAIL: Failed to login. (UserType=[UserType], UserName=[UserName], Ip=[Ip], Tei=[Tei], LocalIp=[LocalIp], CmdType=[CmdType])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

A user failed to log in to a GNE from an NMS using QX.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
UserType	Indicates the user type. At present, only QX users are supported.
UserName	Indicates the user name.
Ip	Indicates the user IP address.
Tei	Indicates the terminal ID that identifies the TCP connection established between the GNE and NMS or terminal.
LocalIp	Local IP address.
CmdType	Login command word.

A user failed to log in to the NE from the NMS using QX.
