BRASAAA/4/LOWER_MIN_NUM: The number of users on the device fell to the lower limit threshold. (MinUserThreshold=[threshold-para])
This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
Possible Causes
Cause 1: A large number of users logged out.
Cause 2: The configured lower limit was too high.
Procedure
1. Run the display this command in the system view to check whether user-warning-threshold upper-limit is appropriate.
- If user-warning-threshold upper-limit is too high, go to Step 2.
- If user-warning-threshold upper-limit is appropriate, go to Step 3.
2. Run the user-warning-threshold lower-limit command to reconfigure the lower limit.
3. Run the display access-user command in the system view to view the current number of login users on the device.
- If the number of login users falls to or approaches the lower limit, run the display aaa offline-record brief command to check whether the logout reason is User request to offline.
- If the logout reason is User request to offline, no action is required.
- If the logout reason is not User request to offline, contact technical support personnel.
- If the number of login users on the device is appropriate, contact technical support personnel.
