1. Check whether the port should be planned as an edge port.
2. Locate the source of the BPDUs on the interface and check whether a malicious attack exists.
3. Run the undo stp edged-port command and the undo shutdown command in the interface view to delete the edge port configuration and restart the interface. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared. If the alarm persists, go to Step 4.
4. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
