Description

The GR helper status of the OSPF neighbor changed.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

RouterId

ID of the local device

NbrIpAddr

IP address of the non-virtual interface

NbrAddressLessIndex

Interface index

NbrRtrId

Router ID of a neighbor.

NbrRestartHelperStatus

New helper status

NbrRestartHelperAge

Remaining time for completing GR

NbrRestartHelperExitReason

Reason of exiting from the helper status

AreaId

Area ID.

Possible Causes

During GR, the GR helper status of the router changed.

Procedure

1. Perform the following operations as required.

  • If the alarm was caused by manual master/slave switchover or the OSPF process restart by using GR, go to Step 3.
  • If the alarm was generated without any manual operation, go to Step 2.

2. Contact contact technical support personnel.

3. End.
