In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

A DCN NE went online.

Parameters

NeId	Indicates the NE ID.
NeIPType	Indicates the NE's IP address type.
NeIP	Indicates the NE's IP address.
NetMask	Indicates the NE's subnet mask.
NeNum	Indicates the number of online NEs.
NeLoginMode	Indicates the NE's login mode.
PnpState	Indicates the state of PnP.
Esn	Indicates the ESN.
VlanId	Vlan number.

Possible Causes

The GNE sent NE status change information to the NMS when an NE went online.
