Event that cause neighbor status change:

• 0: HelloReceived: indicates that a Hello packet is received from the neighbor
• 1: Start: indicates that the NBMA interface will send Hello packets to the neighbor at intervals specified by the HelloInterval field
• 2: 2WayReceived: indicates that the two ends can communicate with each other
• 3: NegotiationDone: indicates that the negotiation between the two ends has been completed
• 4: ExchangeDone: indicates that the two ends have exchanged complete DD packets
• 5: BadLsReq: indicates that an incorrect LSR is received
• 6: LoadingDone: indicates that the two ends have exchanged their databases
• 7: AdjOK?: indicates whether the local end needs to establish a neighbor relationship with the peer end and maintain the neighbor relationship
• 8: SequenceNumberMismatch: indicates that the sequence numbers of DD packets from the neighbor mismatch that from the local end
• 9: 1Way: indicates that a 1-way Hello packet is received from the neighbor
• 10: KillNbr: indicates that the neighbor is deleted
• 11: LLDown: indicates that the lower-layer link between the two ends goes Down
• 12: InactivityTimer: indicates that the Hold timer of the neighbor is triggered
