0) BFD DOWN.
1) bfd state up, exit linkage state.
2) bfd state unknown, exit linkage state.
3) bfd session is deleted, exiting the linkage state.
4) The neighbor protocol is down to delete the neighbor and exit the linkage state.
5) Delete the bfd linkage cost value, exit the linkage state, delete the neighbor.
6) When the number of neighbors changes to multiple, the number of neighbors changes to the linkage state and the neighbors are deleted.
