In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Failed to operate the patch.

Parameters

PatchErrorIndex	Idex of a patch operation failure.
SlotIndex	Index of the board where the patch is installed.
PkgIndex	Index of a patch package.
ErrorCode	Operation error code.
PkgName	Patch file name.

Possible Causes

Error code 7: The patch version does not match the system software package version.
Error code 187: The patch does not exist.
Other error codes: Patch package operation failed.

Procedure

Error code 7: Determine the patch version and perform the correct patch operation.
Error code 187: After the patch file is uploaded to the device, the correct patch operation is performed.
Other error codes: Perform the correct patch operation based on the error code information in the log information. Collect log and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
