TFS failed to download a particular file at Slave-PKI

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
FileName	Name of the downloaded file

TFS failed for downloading files.

Lower VSFTPD version.
Config file not present at MMB or path does not exist for the file.
TFS is not able to download even after trying several times.
File downloaded is greater than the size queried in the begining or the size is zero.

This log is informational only, and no action is required.
