Description

The interface did not support the service class configured in the QPPB policy for downstream traffic.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The interface did not support the service class configured in the QPPB policy for downstream traffic. Cause 2: The QPPB policy applied to the interface was deleted or invalid.

Procedure

Cause 1: The interface did not support the QPPB outbound service class function.

1. Change to an interface that supports the QPPB outbound service class function and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm is cleared, go to step 3.
If the alarm is not cleared, go to step 2.

2. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.

3. End.

Cause 2: The QPPB policy applied to the interface was deleted or invalid.

1. Check whether the QPPB policy needs to be deleted.

If the QPPB policy needs to be deleted, go to step b.
If the QPPB policy does not need to be deleted, reconfigure the QPPB policy.
