The interval at which the device receives IGMP general query messages is larger than the interval at which the device sends IGMP general query messages.
1. Check whether the interval at which the device sends IGMP general query messages is shorter than the interval at which the device receives IGMP general query messages.
2. Run the igmp-snooping query-interval query-interval command to set the interval for sending general query messages to be the same as the interval for receiving general query messages.
3. Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
