RBS/4/RBS_CHANNEL_STATUS_CHANGE: The state of the RBS channel changed. (serviceName=[rbsName], channelState=[channelState])

The status of the RBS channel was changed.

rbsName	Name of the RBS
channelState	Status of the RBS: Up: The RBS's TCP has been connected. Down: The RBS's TCP is being connected. Invalid: An exception occurs.

The status of the RBS's TCP connection was changed.

1. Check whether channelState is Invalid.

Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
If the value of channelState is not Invalid, go to Step 2.

2. Run the display remote-backup-service service-name [verbose] command to check the TCP-State field.

If the TCP-State field displays Initial, Connecting, Listening, or --, the RBS is down.
If the TCP-State field displays Connected, the RBS channel is up.

3. Compare the preceding status.

If the status is consistent, no action is required.
If the status is inconsistent, collect log and configuration information and contact technical support personnel.
