This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The master/backup status of a RADIUS server changed.

Possible Causes

The master/backup status of a RADIUS server changed.

Procedure

1. Check whether the RADIUS server is working properly. If the server is not working properly, go to Step 3.

2. Run the display radius-server status group group-name [ authentication | accounting ] command to check the master RADIUS server status.

If the server status is abnormal, go to Step 3.
If the server status is normal, no action is required. Go to Step 4.

3. Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
