BRASVSM/4/RD_ACCT_RTFAIL: Normal real time account for [szAcctSessionID] failed, please check radius accounting server
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
Cause 1: The common RADIUS real-time accounting packet failed to be sent.
Cause 2: The device did not receive an accounting response packet from the RADIUS server.
1. Run the ping command in the system view to check whether the RADIUS server for value-added service accounting is properly connected to the device.
2. Check whether the RADIUS server responds to the accounting packet.
3. Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
