RIP/6/RIP_NBR_DEL: RIP neighbor is deleted from the interface. (ProcessId=[ProcessId], Interface=[Interface], Neighbor=[Neighbor], Reason=[Reason])

Description

A RIP neighbor is deleted from the interface.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

ProcessId

ID of a RIP process

Interface

Interface name

Neighbor

IP address of a neighbor

Reason

Reason for deleting a RIP neighbor

Possible Causes

The RIP neighbor may be deleted due to the following reasons:

  • The RIP neighbor interface went Down or was deleted.
  • Configurations of similar versions were changed.
  • Information about the BFD session in the Down state was received.
  • The timer expired.

Procedure
