Description

An event indicating that the state of the neighbor over a sham link changed was received.

NeighborPreviousState	Previous state of the neighbor

Possible Causes

The state of the neighbor over a sham link changed.

Procedure

1. Run the display ospf peer command to check the OSPF neighbor state, and run the display ospf sham-link command to check the state of the neighbor over a sham link.

2. Collect log and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
