AAA/4/STOP_ACCT_FAIL: Failed to stop the normal accounting. (User=[user-name], AcctSessionID=[acct-session-id])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Failed to stop common accounting.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
user-name	Indicates the name of a user.
acct-session-id	Indicates the ID of the accounting session.

Cause 1: The accounting server turned Down.

Cause 2: The device was disconnected from the accounting server.

1. Check whether the accounting server works normally.

2. Ping the accounting server from the device.

If the ping fails, check whether the physical connection is faulty or the route is reachable.
If the ping succeeds, go to 3.

3. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
