BRASAAA/4/UPPER_MAX_NUM: The number of users on the device reached the upper limit. (MaxUserThreshold=[threshold-para])
This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
Possible Causes
Cause 1: A large number of users logged in to the device.
Cause 2: The configured upper limit was too low.
Procedure
1. Run the display this command in the system view to check whether user-warning-threshold upper-limit is appropriate.
- If user-warning-threshold upper-limit is too low, go to Step 2.
- If user-warning-threshold upper-limit is appropriate, go to Step 3.
2. Run the user-warning-threshold upper-limit command to reconfigure the upper limit.
3. Run the display access-user command in the system view to view the current number of login users on the device.
- If the number of login users reaches or approaches the upper limit, add more boards.
- If the number of login users is appropriate, contact technical support personnel.
