Procedure

1. Run the display backup-userinfo command to check the total number of local user information backup entries and MAC addresses.

2. Check whether the maximum number of users whose information can be backed up is configured using the local-backup userinfo-limit limit-val command. If no, a maximum of 128000 users' information can be backed up. If yes, the maximum number of users whose information can be backed up equals the value of limit-val multiplied by 1000.

3. Check whether the number of users whose information is backed up has reached the maximum number.

4. If yes, run the local-backup userinfo-limit limit-val command to set a higher upper limit. Alternatively, run the reset backup-userinfo mac-address mac-addr-val command to delete unnecessary local user backup information.

5. If the number of users whose information is backed up has not reached the maximum number, go to Step 6.
