Description

Layer 2 multicast detected that the number of users on the QinQ stacking and mapping interfaces in the group on the board reached or exceeded the maximum number of users in a single multicast group on the board.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

GmpAfVersion

GMP(Group Managment Protocol) address family version:

  • 1: IPv4 address family.
  • 2: IPv6 address family.

SlotName

Slot name of the board.

VsiName

VSI name.

MulticastGroup

Multicast group address.

MulticastSource

Multicast source address.

CurrentCount

Current number of users.

PafValue

Maximum number of users in a multicast group on a board, which is defined in the PAF file.

Possible Causes

Layer 2 multicast detects that the number of users on the QinQ stacking and QinQ mapping interfaces in the multicast group on the board has reached or exceeded the maximum number of users in a single multicast group defined in the PAF file. This alarm is generated when a new user attempts to join the multicast group in the preceding case.
