Alarm when route-limit threshold is configured and the number of routes from peer exceed the threshold.

The number of routes received from the BGP peer configured with route-limit exceeds the alarm threshold.
1. Using the display bgp peer verbose command to see whether the number of routes received from the peer exceeds the maximum number x threshold(%). 1) Y=>2. 2) N=>9. 2. Make sure whether it is practicalities demand for the route-limit config. 1) Y=>8. 2) N=>3. 3. Look over at the user logs, check whether once the local import-route policy is modified for some reason, eg: peer route-policy/ip-prefix/filter-policy .etc, which leads to receiving too much routes unnecessary. 1) Y=>4. 2) N=>5. 4. Update local import-route policy, eg: peer route-policy/ip-prefix/filter-policy etc, reject the unnecessary routes. =>10. 5. Contact the peer-end maintenance personnel, checking whether all the routes are necessary. 1) Y=>6. 2) N=>7. 6. Advising the peer-end maintenance personnel to do some aggregating process, to reduce the number of routes advertised. =>10. 7.
